1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using StandupAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including workspace admins and individual team members.
2. Use of the service
StandupAI is a B2B SaaS product for software engineering teams. You may use the service for lawful business purposes only. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Workspace admins are responsible for managing team member access. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
5. Intellectual property
StandupAI and its logos, designs, and software are owned by StandupAI, Inc. Your data (standup content, integration data) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
6. Limitation of liability
StandupAI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
