1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, workspace details), information from third-party integrations you authorize (GitHub commits, Linear issues, Slack messages), and usage data (pages visited, features used, standup submission frequency).
2. How we use your information
We use your data to generate standup summaries, provide the service, send you transactional emails (standup reminders, digest emails), and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Free plan: standup data is retained for 30 days. Paid workspace plans retain data for the life of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
4. Third-party services
StandupAI uses Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, and Neon for data storage. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to provide their service.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@standupai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
